Implement the Solution

Why?

To guarantee that the problem is solved, you need to monitor your organization to ensure that correct implementation of the solution has taken place. Supervision enables you to assess and support performance, respect the time frame, and optimize human resources.

What?

To implement the solution, the team members require specific technical skills and support from the managers.

How?

To facilitate this process, the following steps are suggested:

  • Supervision is the main technique you will use to assure correct implementation of a project. Some of the techniques you can use during supervision include: direct observation, dialogue with personnel, dialogue with users, review of information, control of logistics, and on-the-job training.

  • You can use several different tools to implement supervision:
  • You may want to improve the technical quality of care by developing diagnostic and treatment algorithms and using partographs.
